I. Court assignments are based on Chelsea's Placement process.
 
 The system imposes a number of critical processing requirements that can affect a group's tennis court time assignments. Tennis court time assignments are based on a rolling 30 days historical calculation of given first choice time assignments. In order to improve a group's preferred first choice time assignment, the following should be the assigned responsibilities for each playing member of a group:
 
1.  If you cancel a game - Prior to 15 minutes of assigned playing time, one of the four players assigned to the cancelled court, "DELETE" the Booking.
 
2.  If you have a sub - "EDIT" the Booking and replace your name with the sub's name prior to 15 minutes of assigned playing time.
 
3.  To book a court -  "ADD" a Booking, enter the four players names, select the court and time of your choice of an available court. "REVIEW" the court sheet to determine available courts.
 
4.  To view time and court assignment - "REVIEW" your up-to-the minute daily court sheet or "my schedule".
 
The above activities will help control player's information and improve assignment of preferred court time choice. Most importantly, when a game is cancelled, particularly when experiencing inclement weather, "DELETE" the booking.
 
II. When a request is submitted by someone who is not one of the 4 players be aware that only the 4 players on the request will get an email notification. In this case the person submitting the request will not get an email. The person submitting the request should make note of the confirmation number, for future reference, if changes (edit/delete) are needed and one of the 4 players are not going to make the change. Only the players on a request are able to see the request as part of the "my requests" list. The same applies for bookings. 
 
III.  For linked courts: Any of the players can delete a request or booking but only players in the first group can edit
